Unhappy Returns for Children!

If you have been investing money for your children or grandchildren in Child Trust Funds (CTFs), you may be forgiven for feeling very unhappy at the pathetic returns that some of the funds have been showing.
Well all may not be lost, because Money Mail has started a campaign to persuade the Government to allow transfers from CTFs into the new Junior ISA, when it is launched in November.
