Matthews IFA Ltd is totally independent and is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our sole purpose is to help our clients to buy or refinance their homes, protect their families and businesses, save for the good things in life, invest their hard-earned money wisely, and plan for their retirement.
Putting it simply, we help our clients to increase and protect their wealth, however, the four greatest obstacles to increasing and passing on wealth are death, long term disability, inflation and the taxman. We therefore get a huge sense of satisfaction when we can show our clients how they can protect themselves against all of these eventualities and ensure that, whatever may occur in life, both they, their families and their lifestyles will be secure.
The two directors of the company are Clive Matthews, who specialises in family and business protection and Jacky Matthews who, as an Independent Mortgage Broker, specialises in mortgages and loans.
We also work very closely with other Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), who specialise in the fields of investment, pensions and long term care, and so we can refer clients on to these associates when the need arises. These qualified specialists, who are all highly skilled in their own areas of expertise, enable us to advise across the complete financial spectrum and thus provide a coordinated approach to financial planning.
Between them, Clive and Jacky have over 50 years experience in financial services, and so have wide knowledge and expertise in their own specialist areas. They continually update their knowledge by regularly attending conferences and seminars, and by subscribing to specialist publications and technical support services.
